Join us in playing hymns on your favorite instrument!Chances are you’re here because you enjoy hymns and you play (or would like to play!) some folk instrument, such as guitar, autoharp, banjo, bass, fiddle, mandolin, dulcimer, ukulele, etc. If so, you’ve come to the right place! The purpose of this site is to provide you with with what you need to be successful in playing Christian music on your instrument. Currently we have the following resources:
Play-Along Videos
These videos are performed by amateur musicians on acoustic folk instruments and include the lyrics and rhythm chords for guitar, autoharp, or other instrument accompaniment.
The songs are presented in “folk-friendly” keys with easy chords for shade tree pickers. There are videos of many of these gospel numbers played by us ordinary folk (not super-hot pickers!) who invite you to join in and jam along. Click on the "Videos" button to see the play-along videos currently available.
Sheet Music Library
Printable music for the hymns. These are in the same keys as the videos, so, again, you can use them as you play along and then take the music with you to perform in public! Most also include chords for playing melody on autoharp.

Guitar, Mandolin, & Ukulele Tab
Play the hymn melodies on your instrument! Use the tab to help you learn to take instrumental breaks on your instrument. These are for the same hymns listed in the sheet music library, so all the members of your group can play their own parts.
